  1. Some boy names I wanted to use (but never had another boy) are Richard and Benjamin. I'm also partial to Matthew. As you can see, I tend to the traditional!

  6. Hi Jessie! Congratulations! So, so excited for you and Fred! Love seeing these pictures -- so beautiful and fun!

How about a New-York-inspired name? Hudson, York, Brooks, Ellis, or Derek?

  7. We've got some classic family names to choose from - Lester, Raymond, Hezekiah... :)

I've always liked the name Thatcher as a first name?

  9. Hi Jessie! Congratulations!! You look adorable pregnant. So happy for you.

My top names right now for me (we are expecting too. Yay, how fun to have cousins close in age!) are Christian, Alexander, and Weston.
Other names talked about in my house right now are Parker, Austin, Declan, Justin, Jace, Jasper, Walter, Christioher, Paxton, Rex, Logan, Harrison, Finn, Jeremy, Jerimiah, Braxton, Blake, Camden and Nicholas.

    Good luck!

  11. Congratulations Jessie! I don't know why my name is showing up as unknown but this is your cousin Eliza. And I think Rudolph Rossoff has a nice ring to it. :)

  14. Jessie and Fred,
Oh, Boy! We always found boys' names challenging, so good luck.
A name I loved was Max, but our dog received it before we had boys.
Hope you use Fred in the mix!

  15. I do love Fred! And I've always liked Finn, but Everett had a dog named Finn so he always nixed it...

  16. Why is it that boy names are more difficult to come up with than girl names? I like Wesley and Bjorn.

  17. I like the one syllable names. How about Hugh? James is also nice.

  18. Hello! Its Jessie! I agree that it is much harder to choose boy names than it is to choose girl names. We're a big fan of the British royalty names, William, Charles, George, or Henry. We're also thinking of Jerome (Jerry for short) because its Fred's middle name and his grandfather's name. Throughout the whole pregnancy I've been calling the baby Wolfie, but I'm told that isn't a great given name... :-) Its getting down to the wire so we're going to need to make a decision soon! Thanks for all the help!

  19. Had to smile at your calling the baby "Wolfie" because that is Samantha's nickname!
